Eligibility
- New York, through our network of state and local provider partners, will continue to provide extensive services and supports creating the possibility for beneficiaries to participate in employment. By building Ticket to Work supports on the existing employment service provider networks, a more holistic array of services is available for eligible beneficiaries to work towards self-sufficiency. Any provider that contracts with a NYS agency partner (DOL, OMH, OPWDD, ACCES-VR, Commission for the Blind, OASAS, and DOH) is eligible to participate. To be a NYESS (RFMH) subcontractor under the AEN, there are specific requirements in addition to those determined by the state agency that provides their core employment services funding. These are only required after the agency joins the NYESS AEN.
