What happens if I don’t use my monthly credit?
Credits roll over. If you don’t apply this month, your credit stays in your account and stacks with next month’s.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard with one click. You keep access (and any rolled-over credits) until the end of your paid period.
Does my Pro credit work for large grants?
Yes. Your monthly Pro credit applies to any grant application in our database. One credit covers one full application regardless of grant size.
What if I just want alerts and don’t need the credit?
Free users still get matched grants in their dashboard. Pro is for users who want emails delivered, deadline reminders, and an included application each month. If you don’t need any of that, free is fine.
What does an “application credit” cover?
A credit unlocks the AI application builder for one grant: narrative, budget, evaluation, sustainability sections, AI review, and PDF export. The credit is a software entitlement consumed when you start a draft. It is not refunded based on whether the grant is awarded.
